Premise: a (somewhat despicable) female sales executive at a certain product roadshow was spotted with these patent heels.

BUT --
Are these really Louboutin? Or otherwise?
Do certain Loub heel styles come with metal ornaments behind the heel counters?
Anyone knows the exact style?
