The only way to learn a language is to 'live' it.
In your case, listen to English music (listen to every words sung), read English papers and novels, converse in English (this maybe the hard part if you are living in HK... best to find someone or a few people around you to help you on this)
Most importantly, don't feel shy or feel embarrass for not pronouncing the words correctly!
