As I said in the other thread , I prefer 3993 than the other two ( chance & profit wise ).

$6,868.61  per lot ...closing date 18 April.

高質素礦藏
鉬品位一般介乎0.02%至0.08%不等（品位可能更低）。根據美能報告，洛鉬股份的鉬資源（平均鉬品位為0.10%）品位較全球大部分主要鉬礦床為高，相對於全球可資比較的鉬礦床而言屬高品位礦床。

盈利高速上升
全球鉬市場擴張的主要驅動因素在於中國持續的工業化，對生產基本產品（例如建築物料、發電、化工產品、塑膠及石油產品）所用鋼鐵的需求將急增，以滿足迅速增長的製造業的需求。長遠而言，印度及其他亞洲國家的工業增長亦將導致對鉬的需求大量增加。羅斯基爾估計鉬的全球市場於一九九零年至二零零五年間以4.3%的年均增長率增長。羅斯基爾估計，於二零零五年至二零零八年間，全球的鉬總銷耗量將每年平均增加4.2%，較全球國內生產總值年增長率約3.0%至3.5%為高，至二零零八年底，市場上的消耗量將約達20.48萬噸，而中國由於預計國內生產總值年增長率可達9%，鉬需求量增長最大。

洛鉬05及06年盈利上升分別為319%及31%。保薦人摩根士丹利及瑞銀估計洛鉬今年盈利將達22億元，按年增長44%。洛鉬招股書預測2007年上半年的盈利不小於9.5億元。已達到保薦人全年盈利預測的43%。

計劃向外收購
洛鉬已定下收購目標，除在洛陽地區收購鉬礦外，還打算將礦業加入鎢，金，銀，銦，釩及鈦。

内地市場佔1/3
洛鉬是内地最大的鉬鐵供應商，其供應量佔中國鉬鐵總消耗量的三分之一，主導市場。洛鉬擁有多名大客戶，除了是内地鋼鐵業龍頭-上海寶鋼最大的鉬供應商外，同時供應給太鋼及張家港浦等大企業。

引入大批富豪及機構投資者
洛鉬一共引入9位機構投資者認購不多於1.6億美元股份，包括李國寶，李兆基， 鄭裕彤，中信泰富267，中國人壽2628，花旗及新加政府， 各認購2，000 萬美元股份， 而該批股份有一年禁售期。沙特阿拉伯王子阿爾阿德將透過國際配售部分認購。

估值低於同類型股份
洛鉬的市值，資產及盈利，均較湖南有色高，但估值上，定價卻較湖南有色便宜。即使洛鉬以上限6.8定價，只相當於15倍PE及市帳率3.9倍， 較湖南有色的17倍PE及市帳率4.0倍低。



行業狀況
根據中國有色金屬工業協會的分析，近年全球鉬價急升主要可歸因於以下四個因素：
• 鋼鐵業及石油業增長強勁，加上汽車業復甦，導致對鉬的需求大增；
• 全球鉬精礦焙燒能力有限及精煉能力有限；
• 二零零四年至二零零五年間，中國政府因規模較小的礦山的環保及浪費能源問題而收緊對本地鉬業的監管並暫停較小型礦山的業務，導致中國的鉬供應減少；及

• 自二零零一年起，美元兌其他主要貨幣的㶅價貶值。

鉬基本資料
鉬為銀白色的可鍛金屬，熔點高（攝氏2,625度），主要用作鋼、鑄鐵和超合金的合金材料，以提升硬度、強度、堅韌度、耐磨度及抗腐蝕能力。鉬用作生產鋼（鉬最廣泛的最終用途）的合金材料。鉬及鉬合金的特性包括熔點高、導熱能力良好及熱膨脹力低，使鉬適用於多種熱區電器及電子器材。

鉬的需求主要來自鋼鐵業，佔二零零五年全球鉬的總消耗量約71%。於全球市場上，鉬主要以氧化鉬或鉬鐵形態被耗用，亦有鉬酸鹽、碎料及鉬金屬等其他形態。鉬主要用於冶煉鋼、鐵、有色合金及鉬合金。

所得款項用途
約20%的所得款項淨額（約12億港元）將用於提升集團的鉬產能；
約20%的所得款項淨額（約12億港元）將用於發展集團的鎢生產及下游加工能力；
約40%的所得款項淨額（約24億港元）將用於收購礦山及含有已確認採礦資源的礦山的採礦權；
約10%的所得款項淨額（約6億港元）將用於償還部分來自交通銀行、中國建設銀行、中國工商銀行、中國光大銀行、中信銀行及中國銀行不同分行的短期銀行借貸的本金總額及應計利息，大部分短期銀行借貸以人民幣計值，年利率為5.02厘至6.7厘，並將於上市日期後一年內到期，而集團主要將該等借貸用作營運資金及資本開支需求的融資；及

約10%的所得款項淨額（約6億港元）將用作營運資金及和其他一般企業用途。

Australian 鉬 miner "MOLY MINES LIMITED FPO", its price is crazy.
Other 鉬 miners in USA and Canada has similar pattern.

If u like mining/energy stocks and can touch the Australian stock market, u'll have more choices and fun in higher quality stocks.

I looked at this for a long time on Thursday morning when it was trading at $10.70 to $10.90 but regret that I did not buy!
