Anyone still have 3898? I buy at 13.5, sitting boat now

I bought it before but sold it during last adjustment @$12.3! Anyway, in my opinion, 3898 is worth for long-term investment since I have confidence on Railway system development in China!! Therefore, I will buy it back later...(but $13.5 temporary is a bit expensive!)

You are right. Given the right conditions, it can move back up to $16. It is a solid company.
