我也去過這些技師在北角的樓上骨。
覺得消費與享受不成正比。
沖涼的地方，用的洗頭水，
與及休息的地方，飲品等等，
只渴水机水，與"東方"及"皇宮"沒得比。
那次做齋雙鐘，加埋代支，正好五百。

That place is as large as 3-4 medium size sauna.
I heard that the sauna is run by the proprietor of the property!
But The overhead cost is still expensive!
And the quality of dinner meals is decreasing.

true..but it all depends on what u value more....hardware or skills....in most cases 樓上骨 r run by those experienced bgs with good bone skills and who used to be having relatively good business while working in the saunas...and a large number of customers tend to be their old customers while working in saunas who r happy to go their to 樓上骨 to continue enjoying their skills n service...so at the end of the day it's just a matter of preference....

As it's difficult to find someone's skill that can fit your need, that's why there are customers who have followed them.

For the tips, it's only a compliment to them. As they said,even just $50, they are still happy.

he he..i can understand how u feel bro...

from what i know one reason why they keep the price up is because they want to eliminate "certain" type of clients.....just like OPS and Windsor they also got the problem of a high variance in the range of tips for bgs...and is far worst than the other 2 saunas especially after midnight....many going there just to find a place to sleep till dawn and paying no tips or something like 20-30 bucks only....

i agreed that tips should be in accordance to the service you got but still 20-30 or even nothing for a 2 hrs session is just not fair to the hard working bgs...

some time ago i heard that they had even considered raising the price a bit ...honestly not a good or wise move but still i can understand their difficulty in running the business and can only give my sympathy to them...

I agree with you, brother. Clear market position is very important to run a business. If they want to keep the sauna as a high end position, then, it is no reason to down the price anymore. In most of time, reducing the price means down grade of service, food quality, and staff morale. You can not serve all kind of customers with a single offer. If the sauna can really provide "value of money"(not added value) services, they can keep their position in market. By the way, I absoultly agree that paying tips $20-30 as tip tp bgs is quite unacceptable, if the bg is really not up to your standard, you should change her as early as possible, instead of using this excuse not to pay tip. B:hug:

now 熟客75折 ? dont know about this as i had not been there for 3-4 months........but yes it would not matter much if it's being calculated using standard package price....may be they can consider offering discount or free minor services in the resting room (like hands / foot massage, finger nails or ear treatment etc) like other saunas where customers only need to pay tips to the girls doing the service for u but not the extra cost to the sauna....just some food for thought...

or may do it the old way...change to a higher standard all-in price (this somehow can provide some comfort for the bgs as having steady tips for their service)...and also let customers who r satisfied with the bgs' service to give extra tips (could be under any category on the bill)...doing it this way customers who used to be paying more tips to bgs can still do so and bgs probably more happy and motivated....but most important of all....like u said they should reinvest some capital to bring the overall service and food back to standard...cutting wages and  basic out-of pocket business running costs is never a good solution...."no risk no gain"....

dont think any sauna can actually attract customers of all category...they just have to decide which way to go...in RPS case...i rather they go with a higher price and target customers who r willing to pay for good hardware and services...

to be honest i doubt there is any 100 percentage pure saunas these days...but dont get me wrong...what i am saying is that it's only the extra effort for a few bgs...not all...so u may or may not come across any more exotic dup dup even if u went there frequently....sometimes it just depends on your relationship with the bg (the same bg may not provide anything extra to another customer at all).....at the end of the day it's still a vegi sauna and the bgs "cannot" cross the line....

那姣姣的 Sandy，問我們做不做 facial，又拿著我們的手搖又搖。見她這麼飢喝的，我朋友便任她擺佈。
當我做完雙鍾，那技師竟去找我朋友，叫他請吃鈑。
那技師又帶多一個同事出來。
最後 4 個人去了食橋底辣蟹。
食完10點，卻沒有下文。
她們回家，我們兩人只有行過去"杜記"，再玩過。

Well, it is hardly to have an absolute pure sauna in HK. I even heard that there is half plane service in Hoi Bun Sauna ?! But if a sauna, some bgs offer special service to some customers may also make a bad example to customers, and will encourage customers to force / request other bgs do same thing for them.

I tried #!** this evening. Early 30. Northern. Spoke mainly Mandarin to me. Good dup. Face so-so. Not my cup of tea.

I wasn't well-served by the PR's and the manager. Maybe I look young. Locker boy and Pool guy both "R" tip very hard. Hate that attitude.

the location of RPS is extremely sensitive as many rich people living around that spot...one reason why the 舊維記 got snaked  and have to shut down....

as u said hope they can manage to survive without having to go back to the 舊維記 style la....

其實每次去Sauna, 消費如何大家都心中有數, 亦有budget, locker 仔及水池的tips相對整張單都是小數 ($20 +$ $ 20)。要明白一點, locker 及水池都主要靠tips為主要收入。既然去得sauna消費又何必近近計較三四十元呢 ? 要知道人家招呼你都頗為難受,例如"挽"鞋, 抹身等。簡單講句, 揾食啫 !

i always paid the standard tips..doesnt matter about the service...and even if i am the first time there....and after few visits even poor service turns out to be good ones when the pool / locker guys recognized me...

well i understand that most Bros prefer to see the service quality first then decide on the tips...nothing wrong with that to be honest....but for me i just go pay it first and so far this works fine for me....so never mind about service first then tips or tips first then service...i went to saunas to relax and enjoy so as long as it works well that's good enough....

no la...but i know some saunas (RPS for example) will ask customers to sign the tips before doing the dup dup if the csutomers arrived late midnight (2-3am) jsut to protect the bgs...

for most saunas the maximum they would accept is 200 bucks per hour of service...but bgs would be happy enough if u pay 100 bucks each so 200 for a normal 2hrs session......of course provided u r satisfied with the bg's service...or if u really like it u can pay bit more...

problem nowadays is that since tips is optional some customers actuall pay like only 20-80 bucks for 2 hrs so it's really hard for the bgs...

may be people r too used to the pay scale for saunas in mainland la....

How would you feel if someone ask you to give a massage for 90 minutes and give extra service but ended up with only pitiful tips? If you wanted to be treated as vip then act like a vip. At least not to be a jerk.

這個前技師的私營場，地址電話？
齋都5舊水就太貴啦，樓上骨雖然預左場地細、無水池、無得用出名的洗頭水，但一 d 貼心貼身服務都無，貴得一 d 啦！

咁骨技又如何呢？是否由幾個人合營？還是得一個技師？

拿海怡黎同上樓骨比較，很貼切。因為海怡場細，也可以說不很執拾地方，又污糟。看來也要提醒佢地留意一下。

講番前維記的皇宮桑拿，雙鐘計了鐘錢已經是四百五十有多，再加雙鐘三百元代支太貴啦，就算有機餐都係屬於貴。咪成七百幾元（仲係至少！）？

我何不叫完合宜三百幾，再上海怡齋 Dup 兩鐘三百七。都係七百！

昨天黃昏在 RPS ，她們介紹了一個出師一個月的技師。
入房一看，這女子，身形高挑，樣子娟好，二十來歲。
給我寬衣時，呵氣如蘭，第一印象不俗。
到開背不久，正想問，小姐你是否真的出了師？
竟發覺股問傳來陣陣怏感，
享受當時，再也忘了問她。
最後她說在此場操 fit ，
便會去 "環保"或"悅沐"一試。
在休息室她們問如何，告訢她們此技師一定很多回頭客。
沖涼時，發覺身下油汪汪！

TST 60是否仍在皇宮，我就不知道。
但而家皇宮的60，就肯定不是 TST 的 60，因為幾個月前，呢度有傳言說，
換了在這個皇宮場，號碼不變，原來是流料，因為在下中了計。

i think RPS is totally vege... dont waste your money to invest and go there if you want to get VAS
waste money
i prefer go other place

I believe the company policy do not change, but there are some bgs offer VAS to certain customers only. Unlike Sea Crest, Wai Gor always implies the bgs can give you special.

那天下午去了做 facial 及 水療，
搞了差不多 4 個鍾。
給我服務的是 Sandy 。
facial 幾細心，水療刞普普通通，
相信是設備問題。如短褲，如水力，
均有改善的必要。
Sandy 說生意麻麻，很少客返做水療，
一時心軟，意寫了七佰代支。
埋單竟差不多 1.8 k.
即刻反影給她們 ,"水療"太貴。
