The trick is pressing the right button of your mouse on your last move. Start drawing a normal line to the circle, right click near it, move your mouse to the bottom corner of it and press left button again to continue drawing the line. The game doesn’t give any warnings while the popup screen is open.

It is not a logical puzzle, instead a tricky one, but they didn’t express that the game has a scientific solution.

how could you find the answer......!?!?
it said without crossing any lines, but it can cross a circle.... lolz
