比起其他壽司店,食落真係與別不同...大家認同嗎..

Not only internal organs, but also their fresh and eggs.

Anyway Jap doesn't have any salmon in the Jap sea, all are imported.

I used like to eat salmons and they are my main dishes, but once I know the worm problems, I had stopped eating them (and eggs) for nearly 7 months. Now I eat only deep sea fish.

It's worth to spend some money for a high class Jap restaurant, and see what it serves. U should never see any salmons. And I never see any salmons to be served in any form.

依家大部份既"高級日本餐廳"都有賣三文魚啦, 咁好賣點會唔買.  不過講真, 自己覺得細菌多但有時候都係會食, 只不過去搵朋友店去食(香港食三文我只會去友哥度...係貴, 但係比較能保證食唔死人).  所以盡量熟食或最少都有燻過.

日本捉三文依家好多都係偷偷去加拿大深淺水交界捉(加國境內), 俾加國海關捉過好幾次但最後都係無保於事.
