囑傳媒勿找麻煩  衞生部專家捱轟([url=]星島日報
[/url]報道)「腎結石娃娃」事件禍延十多個省市，引爆全國網民熱議，內地媒體披露，湖南、湖北等地的患兒家長，早在六、七月已向質檢總局舉報，但質格總局稱「三鹿奶粉」檢測及格。

堅稱意外事件　　衞生部專家調查組成員、北大司法鑒定中心主任孫東東，昨接受新浪網訪問，承認六月初已有人向衞生部舉報，八月明確事件，雖然延至九月才曝光，但衞生部並沒有存在延遲通報的問題。他說：「政府處理這個問題上沒有甚麼疏漏，發現問題以後及時調查了解，確認後立即公告。」他又讚揚三鹿主動召回產品，主動承擔責任。
　　「三鹿的這次事件應該是意外事件，偶發的，大家也不用過於擔心。」訪問中，孫多次支持三聚氰胺是由奶農加入的說法，並批評網民指國家缺乏監管的說法是「事後諸葛亮」，傳媒「沒有必要去給有關部門找麻煩，你現在麻煩找得愈多，愈去質疑甚麼的，可能不利於事情的解決。」



網民斥沒良心　　不少網民對孫的言論大表不滿：「專家的話要能信，母豬也能飛上天。」有網民斥責他「沒良心、必遭天譴」，甚至質疑有人是否拿了人家的銀子，替他們說話開脫，司法應該展開調查。
　　另外，新浪網昨在十個小時內有十四萬名網民投票，近八成網民表示不信任三鹿牌奶粉質量，十二萬多人表示不會購買三鹿奶粉，九成六受訪者認為三鹿應該賠償。
　　廣東衞生廳副廳長廖新波昨在其網誌透露，現時市面上很多成人奶粉同樣攙有三聚氰胺，只是成人代謝能力較強，故沒有察覺。

I think for that is a slip in production hygiene.
For the milk powder, it is a deliberate act to fool the National Test Lab for nutrition content...

I don't think the source is from the farmer.
It is difficult to control melamine in powder form, add into water and dilute the milk.
The water need to be germ free otherwise the milk will ferment within a very short period.
Rather I believe the powder is added in the production line just to elevate the protein content for lab test.

You all still remember the Pet food poisoning last year, killing many pets in USA and Europe ?
It had been alleged the protein additives from China were tainted with melamine too.

It might be common practice to put melamine into food in China food industry.

報道)內地「腎石嬰」問題終於擴散到香港，本港昨出現首名幼童懷疑飲用伊利奶後，患上腎結石。衞生防護中心表示，一名三歲半女童於過去十五個月，每日飲用兩至三杯早前被驗出含有三聚氰胺的「伊利高鈣低脂奶類飲品」，日前到將軍澳 診所檢查，發現左邊腎臟有一粒結石，後轉往瑪嘉烈醫院 診治，現已出院。據了解，政府正考慮檢控有關生產商，並本周內完成緊急立例，禁止食物含有三聚氰胺。

DDT or abesto were used when the people at that time genuinely believed that it was beneficial.
Melamine was used because those lawless wanted to profit instead of using real protein powder and ignored the health of others.

No, you refer to food additives or material used which eventually been discovered to be harmful.
I had to point out that your suggested food additives or insecticide were added in "good faith" at their time of use.
The melamine was added not in "good faith",  this is a very important point to distinguish.

This social system allows its manufacturer to spread melamine to the whole world, this plague reaches Canada and Singapore now.
So you still think this system worth the praise ?

Mister...  you won't do every possible test in this world to inspect everything, otherwise the bill and price will be skyrocketed.
If you don't expect something ( or the stuff is not likely to present in normal production procedures) why test for it ?
In fact, if all companies adhere to ISO9001 (quality control procedures without fake documentation), this will not happen.

I am no language teacher.
I can't find authoritative reference to this word.
So in my humble opinion, I think " yes "  because this word carries the degenerative meaning
1/  Something wrong. ( meaning the phrase not used by native English speaker )
2/  Something need to correct (e.g.  remove all "Chinglish" sign during the Olympic games in Beijing )
3/  Something you ridicule others with.

"Ching" according to the Random House Unabridged Dictionary 2006,  could mean "Ta Ch'ing" or "Qing", which is the last dynasty of China.

Chinglish means " CHINese enGLISH", so it is related to CHINESE,
When inspecting CHINESE, the term "Chinaware" and "China", were known to the western world through Persia, when they trade procelain ware.
"China" was not derived from "Qing", but from "Qin" the name of the dynasty and the first emperor of the united China.
So in this strict sense, Chinglish is not related to "Qing" or "Ching" dynasty.

But if a foreigner call a Chinese by "Chink", "Qing" or "Ching", that is similar to call an African "Nigger", which is intended to cause great offense.
