I checked in on Sunday (16/9) and order was good, only that someone opened my room door (he didn't knock) and said he wanted to check the minibar! There's no 'Do Not Disturb' signage or light available, so remember to lock your door when you are in the room.
Anyway, I'll be going again for a 2-night stay from Saturday to Monday this weekend, let's see what'll happen.

I checked in again on 22/9 Saturday and came back 24/9 Monday night. Last time I checked in at 12:30pm and it took around 20mins. The queue was not too long. This time I checked in even earlier, at 11:45am, and took mcuh the same time, around 15 mins. Order was good.
'Privacy' signages are available for hanging on the door knobs this time. I think these signages weren't ready yet last week. I am sure it wasn't missed in my room since none of these signages were found hanging on the door knobs. Anyway, it's an improvement.

I had the Gondola ride this time at $120 per head. Photo taking costs$190, quite expensive, but u can take your photos with your own cameras at no charge.

For both times I took the shuttle from the ferry pier to the hotel. The queue was very long on Saturday, but there are many buses and it didn't take long. Very impressive that they are able to handle such a big crowd. Taking a taxi at the hotel is a nightmare however. When I went for dinner Sunday night, I needed to go back to the shuttle station and took a shuttle to the airport and then transferred to a taxi there. The queue at the taxi stand was terrible.

That's the West entrance. A good suggestion, but sometimes that depends on your luck. If you're going back to the hotel, you also should ask the taxi driver to let you get off here. If you go to the main entrance, it costs $15 more because of a much longer distance!

yes, the official check-in time is 3pm, but they usually let u have the key if u check-in early, they don't want to have everybody crowded together at 3pm too.
The room is ok, not especially impressive, but they use good building materials. The toilet is nice, only that the first time I checked in the drain in the shower cubicle was nearly completely blocked!
