You stated your case. Fair enough.

I am not convinced that your decision is right.
The appointment of boardmasters is your prerogative, but you are perversely unfair.

Perhaps you may care to tell us what was the dire need for such a drastic move.
Who and what forced you to make a difficult decision?

One last thing, whilst not expecting you to be answerable to any of us, I hope you will appreciate that open and good communication would help with you administration.

What I see from your reply is that you find the three removed board masters helpful but for some reasons you want to have them removed.  You then accused them of being impolite to you in private conversations.  So you make a "difficult" decision.

I, as an ordinary member of the forum, expect and demand an Administrator who is and is seen to be fair.

Mind you, do not point your finger at me and shout "Personal Attack".

You just keep saying that you are forced to make a choice between one who is more constructive (and more polite) and three who are helpful but less constructive (and allegedly impolite).

I asked you who and what forced you to make a choice.  You say nothing.

What would you expect someone who is aggrieved by your action and annoyed by your unconvincing explanation to react when you tried to sort things out in private?

You are like a brick wall (a feeling I got with you from experience)  and I could understand the frustration in "reasoning" with you.

As I see it, the Soccer Board had all along been fine before your big and heavy hand knocked three board masters out.

As I said, you are not wrong.  You are just perversely unfair to the three removed board masters.
