This is a good idea but some BG's may not agree on this arrangement

From a capital market point of view, the fair tips were equilibrium between demand and supply. Should the economy continue to slow down and property price come off, inflation will come down as well. If any C Hing saw the news today, one seller of Tai Koo Shing today sold his flat 13% below his asking price, implying we will see a slowdown of HK economy, which I believe it is good to HK people. As more BG's become owner themselves, the supply will exceed demand and finally the tip could come off as well or some Chings moved down to Jordon......

Lately I had tried one in Jordan, hardware is slightly weaker than those in TST but I only need to pay HK$240 for 90 mins massage and HK100 tips for 2nd part. The BG is quite similar to some of it in TST, just not wearing 'Cheung Sam'. So we pay $160 less in total for 90 mins massage with one MTR stop away from TST....

Indeed, I am still paying 100 in some places at TST even though I understand most customers are paying 200 now.
Although I see no strong negative feedback from BGs but guessing that it would last ...

I had discovered this shop coincidentally because I was walking around several Massage shops in Gordon near 'Pak Ka Si Street' and finally found this shop with reasonably OK BGs. The BG was working in one Massage shop in Kimberly road but she withdrew after the change of owners. She is taking early shift, meaning from 11 am to 7pm. There are a few minibus stops on the ground floor and the shop is located on the 1st floor.
