相無乜特別, 但係全hand held 無用腳架, 無用閃光燈... with IS on.
發現 IS 真係好好用...:goodluck:
支鏡好sharp, 色ok, 但係光影重重, 要加filter and hood.:please:

also some of the photos turned out pretty sharp (particularly the city ones) consider the shutter was indeed very slow for handheld

I didn't even know that was a Civic...
Just want to test if I can "pan" when I.S. is on.

Agreed!  I was too eager to try out how slow of a SS I could get and didn't pay much attention to how bright it got...

Only certain IS lenses come with 2 IS modes, mode 1 for verticle and horizital stablisation.  Mode 2 for verticle stablisationonly (for panning).

The Canon 17-55 f/2.8 that I used only comes with mode 1.  Actually for the shot that I took, I believed I had the IS turned off.  It "should" give me a smoothier image.  For panning shots, keeping the image at the same place in your picture is the hardest thing to do.  Hand shake should not be a big concern at least for me.. ;)

Good takes, the 17-55 f/2.8 is definitely a good lens, tho personally think that its a bit over-prized..

I will switch to 5D if there is a 24-70 f/2.8 IS!!!
