I agree with mrrichboss that Singapore is a very expensive to 'cheong'. All the Health center and tuina shops are mainly dominated by Malaysian chinese or PRC gals. The average entrance cost for HC & Tuina shop is about S$30+ and with ML normally will costy another S$100. A session of ML (about 45 to 60 mins will cost around S$140 (HK$700 - HK$800)
Near the Youth HC, at Fortune Centre 4th level there is a Bugis HC which I found it also not bad, with many malaysian gals and some PRC. No point coming all the way to Singapore to try PRC gals which I am sure are plentiful and cheapest in Shenzhen and Zhuhai.
Budget Singapore men frequent north to Johore (Malaysia Southern Town). A full package at Hotel Spa /HC cost only S$100 inclusive of food, facilities (Steam room,sauna, TV rest room), & ML. Hotels with SPA/HC - New York Hotel, Selesa Hotel, Grand Bluewave Hotel, Zon Regency Hotel and Lion Hotel etc.......................all are in the vicinity of Johore Town.
