If you want cheap one in Singapore, there is a Thai Fish Bowl in Geylang.
$40 for 30 mins. Lor 16,18 & 8. Alternatively, you may want to cross over to Batam, an Indonesian Island, but you need to check if visa is required for your country.  There, you have plenty of Indos and perhaps Malays. I have only been to Batam for less than 10 occasions, mostly 'sight-seeing' only hence not much action reports from me.  However, I am glad to share this report (not from me) so as to familiar newies here with better insight of this island.

If you want to enter Malaysia (Johor) thru Singapore, make sure you have a proper document (VISA if require) and make sure that your passport have been stamped to indicate that you have gained entry legally.  Every places has its security problems, the crime rate there is quite high.

Some pointers for 1st timer to HCs/Spa in Malaysia (Johor)

Just to share with newbies what to expect when you visit the HCs/Spa.

When you enter into the spa, the manager will meet you and give you a little safe deposit box in which you can put your valuables, i.e. wallet, keys, hp etc. After which, you will be directed to the changing room where attendants will provide you with towels and a robe to change into. You put your clothes into a locker. Then you get to use the facilities - Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna etc. When done, you take a shower and change into a new robe and you are then directed into a lounge. You will be asked what you want to drink and shown to the little buffet table. When you are tucking in, the manager will come by as ask whether you have a regular girl there. If not, just tell him your requirements, i.e. whether you want the girl to be able to give you a good massage, a younger one, slim etc... whatever your choices.

After a while, the manager will come by again to show you to the room. The girl will enter, give you a good massage for about 15-20 minutes, invite you into the shower and bathe you. You then have a sexual session with the gal, take another shower and after that, you can either use the facilities some more or go back to the changing room to change into your clothes. When you go back out into the reception, you pass the key back to the Manager who will open up the safe deposit box for you to get your stuff. He will also ask the receptionist for the bill for you. You pay up and leave. About $92 is all-inclusive, entrance fee into spa, use of facilities, food and drinks, massage, sex etc.

The selection of the gals is your choice, my preferences and tastes will be different from yours.

Why bother with sex and massage in Singapore when you can go over the Causeway into JB and get the very same service (or even better) at less than half the cost. A session at a massage parlour there costs only RM$200 - that's only S$92.00! At The Zon Regency - Roman Spa is slightly more expensive, RM248 but the facilities are better.

For newbies, I would recommend keeping to these 3 Hotels (in Johor Town):

1.  The Zon Regency - Roman Spa (RM248 - full package)
2.  Hotel Selasa - D'continental Saunna II (RM200 - full Package)
3.  New York Hotel - Executive Spa (RM198 - full package)

I find these places security and safety wise are better and their facilities include TV room. hot pool, saunna and steam room.  The food there are quite good.
