Every captain have to bear some booking order....... if not enough, there will  be penalty of their non-performance.

For every booking, they can get $10 (?) as reward.

I normally make the booking through Captain Sung to reward her.

That is the commission for them (even the manageress) if they meet the quota.  If they fail to reach the quota, there will be a penalty to be paid equal to the difference from the quota (or you may say that they have to buy the difference) .

So, give her a hand and remember to phone her in advance for booking.

Ms. Sung looks rather cute especially when she smiles. She worked here for more than one year. I chatted with her when I was waiting my friend in the rest room.
In the beginning, I asked whether she was 26 or 27.  She seemed not happy.
OH! I realized that I had said something wrong. It is better to say she looks at the age of 20.  But it is too late now!!!!!
I tried again to say whether she was 23. She didn’t reply. I praised again on her maturity and skilful / friendly attitude to the customers.  Later, she introduced the trainer to me which I tried the day after!!!

For one GREEN MM, I think we are all over-charged to have those are NOT properly trained!!!!

However, just relax and take it easy and you will explore a new and enjoyable experience.

What I mean is that the trainee should be charged a bit lower than the welly trained MM.

The choice is on your hand.
Should there is no suitable one for 3P, it is better stick to 2P as the cooperation of other 2 partners in 3P is very important. It will change the whole atmosphere of the game.  Hence, you may let the major MM to introduce her good partner to you.
