It should not be Fanny. For Fanny, she does not provide "香薰坭".  Also, Fanny cost about $300 for 90 minutes.  The SPA, which is referring by C Hing, may be the one at 9/F Hoi Mun SPA.  It is a pure SPA without any special services.  A good place to relaxe

For 9/F Hoi Mun SPA, you can find details in this web site http://www.yp.com.hk/hoimun-spa/.
For 15/F Fanny, a 90 minutes services would include, bath in a wooden tub, oil massage, sand and then another bath in a wooden tub for about $300.
Both are pure without other special services such as those in "Heung Bun Building".

9摟同15樓去過幾次,都是正spa,無特別服務. 是不是因為你年青靚仔,I am a old and urgy man . 故無特別服務.要投訴"擴議". 不公平

It not easy to tell which one should be visited first as they are running the business in different ways.  For Fanny in 15/F, it is a 'one-lady-shop' with home style decoration and cost for about $300. For Hoi Mun SPA in 9/F, it is a commercial type with decorative envrionment and cost about $500.
