Bros.  I normally stayed in Puxi.  So, I will just share what I remember in Pudong.  

I once stayed in Marriott in Puding and walked around the corner where the Purple Mountain Hotel located.  I do not remember whether is inside Purple Mountain or the shopping plaza next to it.  There is a Sauna similar to Hong Kong City, SuYi (before it changed to ML), I think it is the same ower of HK City.  If you want a pretty girl for massage and HJ, body and maybe ML (depends on your luck); plus foot massage with HJ, you may want to try.  The cost will be similar as HK City, but it is in Pudong, safe time and money for travelling.

I used to stay in 168 and got calls also, but never did try coz I was concern about safety.  I did call one BG from the hotel sauna and she told me that those cold call ones is a laugh.  Well, after reading your post, may be it is good to have a try.  Anyway, I just have two questions.  One, can I reject the gal?  Two what's the charge$$?
