HK Dollar will not pigged with RMB, simply because RMB is not a free flow currency.

China won't let that happen.  If they do, US and Europe will rush to buy RMB (due totrade deficit issue).  That would cause RMB rise too quickly.  China will need to implement some mechanism to made this transition smooth and steady.  If they do there is already some "news" from the 11-5 plan.
