Objective:
Those boards without modertor establishment do generally contain forbidden / rubbish threads. Although the authors of them have already been banned, the existence of these rubbish is not healthy for the forum. I think the moderaotors and xocatii should get rid of them, since no one other than us including the board masters have the authourity to do this.
It is to record as well as to notify xocatii and all the 5 moderators(not board masters) of the progress of the captioned, such that anyone mentioned-above could save time in clearing the rubbish posts without repeating the work being well done by other team members.

If the persons above-mentioned have done this for a certain board, please record here such that we won't waste our time to repeat your work!

I would like to present to you as a sample, please proceed if you have time!

I wish xocatii could establish a moderator for each board and its daughter board as soon as possible, and consider the establishment of region manager and method of establishment of new board masters I've proposed previously.

I've been doing the work quite some times. The reason why I post it here is: as an appeal to other authourised person to do so, as the coverge of me is not wide enough.

Posting this thread in this board is to remind the members such that they will tell the modertors if they see those rubbish posts generated continuously. We couldn't get rid of it just for one time. It's also why I keep a log for it to let all the authourised person see which area is not yet unattended.

I tell you what:
Most rubbish posts exist in our boards are being dealt, such as: the sender being banned, the content being erased...but those exist in boards without establishment of board master might not be removed if no moderators or xocatii have come across them. The reason why I post it in a universal board is to tell all the members in the forum: We are doing this, and willing to treat the board upon request. Take me as an example, I wouldn't enter all the boards/daughter boards and therefore I won't be able to know if rubbish posts of this kind being left there unattended!

I do understand the way I am doing is not the best one, I think the way likes what Kenny01 has suggested might be better, but I could do nothing except what I've done for the time being!

I've cleared from bottom to top for the boards mentioed above. It's easier for other authorised person (moderators incl. me and xocatii) to follow the clearance.

Thank you for your informing us. I think I have just removed most of their posts in boards without board master after reveiving your notice. (I've spent about half an hour repeating the work I'd performed 14/3/07 to remove all the newly generated rubbish posts from all the boards without board masters)

To do something at the registration stage is good in theory, but is hard to put in real life practice in xocat. I think the poliy below may be useful:

1. Establish for each board a board master who's not 不称织 immediately； or

2. Build up a new mechanism for board master/moderator to react to forbidden post:

Forbidden post can be classified into 2 classes, namely posts built up by a certain member in a particular board for a certain topic, and that by the troublesome members like fitxor, noviou you've mentioned who post the same forbidden post over all boards of our forum.

For type I, I think it's easier for the board master ot deal with,
For type 2, it's the problem in all board without board master,since the existing work-flow results in banning that guy and erasal of the content of his article, and then nothing including the most important task: removing it out of the board.
If we have a new work -flow for moderators to use, such as sorting these kind of forbidden postmen one they started to post these, for example, when a board master see one, he could have a way to activate a certain flow that all the articles posted by these members can be sorted out and removed in one time...
   

For the time being as there is no work-flow for the second proposal as mntioned above, I hope xocat could immediately establish a board master for each board and daughter boards in xocat forum, such that the rubbish posts could be dealt with regularly.

If every boards have their moderators, and if the moderators are not lazy, it's not a hard work for them to deal with that. Therefore I hope xocatii will establish each board a board mster at once. For a long run, we can massively treat these rubbish posts according to my above-mentioned proposal

If the duty of a board master is just to remove rubbish from his board, then extending the power of every board masters to let them have the ability of managing the posts in other boards is enough.

But in my opinion, a board master of a certain board should be a person who's familiar with the culture and norm of it, such that he can effectively manage the posts as well as help improve the board he's managing. In this aspect, I think we should have at least one board master per each bord/daughter board instead of extending the power of all the board masters. A board governed by a 外行人 might not have large progress as if it is managed by its frequent user who's appointed as it board master.

I don't worry about what you've said that there is no enough members to be appointed as board master for every existing board. I've given a proposal to xocatii and will commence the process once he approves it.
