Definitely no ! But some BGs may be willing to go out with the customers they trust. (BGs working in this sauna are all but the most C9 who are relatively wilder and can go even further)

竹園銀河 is among the wildest HJ providers in Shenzhen. (I think they are even the top 1 amongst). An ex-manager explained to me that: "Most BGs are C9.
