Wow, where did you get this image?  And is it on sale here?

Someone in NY sent me 2 cases (24 bottles) this Tuesday but I don't know who and why.  I didn't want to open or give away the 24 bottles just in case my boss asked me to distribute them to, say, vendors and I can't replace them.

But of course, I can open a bottle or two for good cause like our wine gathering if so desired.

Yes. Barrosa is hot. Mclaren vale is cooler. But it is funny to drive to different vineyard and taste their wines!!. the only nasty thing is that the custome didnt return the tax to me in the airp ...
how come?  you should go to the land side customs office to show them the bottles before you check in.  They will stamp the invoice and then you go to the airside customs refund office to show them the stamped invoice.

Any suggestion of the date?  

Has anyone heard of a fisherman called "Yue Sing" (=fish saint or fish win) in Shaukiwan.  My friend from China is taking me to a dinner this Sunday and it is said that this guy supplies all the fish to Uncle 4, the Kwok brothers,.... and it's not expensive and my friend guarantees me that it's good.  It's like a Li Yu Mun arrangement.  Wanna try this one if my Sunday dinner turns out to be good?  Otherwise, I will book Yung Kee.

The menu is almost the same as last year.  There's no 新意。 Fortunately, it's been a year, so hope you guys don't mind having the same thing we had 12 months ago.

BTW, anybody against 白肺湯?

I didn't mention that the menu cost $5,480 plus 10%.
