i may agree with you, but there something i would like to point out

1) the sentense "China pig did not know what is....LOGIC" is kind of offense, and you can consider it is racial discrimination, you may not mean it, so be careful of your word.
2) Whenever you have a chance to work in china as a management person, you may find some of your local staff are very stupid who do not make any kind of decision, and some of them are too smart, the make all kind of decision. If you want to have a better control, you have a make some RULES, and they have to follow that no matter how, and that is why the worker  托柒唔可以轉膀
