Totally agree that 做搞手是件吃力不討好的工作！I arranged a bachelor party for a friend (A) at CP and he brought along his friends who I never met before.  They are all newbies and I had to smooth things out all the way.  Of course I asked everyone to chip in equal share (including myself) except my friend since this is his bachelor party.  The next morning his friends complained why it cost so much and treated me like a criminal so I showed them all the receipts then they shut up.  What pissed me off even more is that I already told them the budget beforehand and the final cost was even on the low side of my estimation.  A few months later, another friend (B) asked me to arrange a bachelor party for him since he heard from friend (A) that it was really fun.  I flat out say "NO fucking way".
