You cannot do this as all the 4PC cannot share files because they are under two different subnet. Example A and B is 192.188.x.x C and D is 10......; then A and B can see each other but not C and D, same thing C and D cannot see A and B.

I think you want all 4 PC to be able to share files, while A and B can online any time but C and D can online with time restriction, right?
