Normally, Single garage is pretty safe,but it is NOT legal at all.   Police will only take action if the neighbour complians.  When ppl complains about the place and If the cop can proof that the garage invloves some Illegal activities REGULARLY, then the police will take action.  MOREOVER, if u are caught in the garage when the cop is there, then u will be trouble.  BUT of course, it takes a lot of investigation in order to get enough evidence to prove the place is a ILLEGAL ( i forget the TERM for the garage..somebody?).
So, in conclusion, single garage is safer cos' it catches LESS attention from neighbour cos' of LESS traffic....BUT again, it is not 100% safe....other inputs??

anybody tried DT technician @ Church/carlton?i was there last night and browsed around.  There were around 10-12 technicians there, and they are all aggressive.  Asking for 150 tune up fee which 50 belongs to garage rental fee...if u decide to tune up somewhere else such as in the parking lot rather than rent the garage, it is only 100.  I didn't go for that cos' i had no guts to try the tune up. Wondering any of the bros did try this.  But, it is kind of intersting to walk around the street and look @ the girls..kind of the similar feeling as WASH FLOOR @ hk

Yes...there are many different style of technician...and i happened to see 2 very young technicians...which u can see they still have baby fat on the body.  As i assumed, they will start walking around the area @ 11pm....and kind of loooking for clients and provide the tune up service.  Once they have finished the tune up, they will be back to the area and start walking again..i think...it shuld be around 11pm - 2.30am.  But, it's FUN to walk around and pass by them and chat with them. ha haa..cos' they dress so sexy. hahaa..good experience as Wash floor. ha haa..something to do in Summer night. haa..
