Hi there.. I have a B4 in Australia.

Mine doesn't have a CD changer, but I was told that you don't need a McIntosh CD changer, even the dealer won't give you one when you tick the option. Instead a couple of the Clarion products would also do the job, I have no idea which one though.

My understanding is that the McIntosh head unit is manufactured by Clarion (it's printed on the unit casing). There is a stacker output on the back that is compatible with certain Clarion 'Ce NET' stackers. Or you could try to source a Clarion CDC655Tz, as that's the one fitted to the Australian delivered B4's.
