if there is no one to pick u up in the airport and u r not in hurry, consider taking the shuttle to the downtown first and take the taxi, well, the hotel may have shuttle if u ask for it in advance, not sure if they will charge u, the taxi over there always use the nite shift smart card or jump start the meter in advance to trick u. during the ride, they will pretend that there is something wrong with the meter and the fare is not shown until it jump to 100+ when u lost track of it, these are my own experience, keke
u should be able to get to downtown area at around 120, last time when the meter shown up, it costed around 170, i just gave him a break and paid him 140, i told him either take it or drive to the police station, if i didn't have luggage last time, i might simply drop him the money and leave

sn wise, since i only steal jump once, and it has been quite a while ago, i don't think i can help much lor, but u should be amazed on how much changsha has been changed if u went there long time ago. since i am busy preparing my own report now, i am not going to do the grammar check la, hope the taxi thing can help u to avoid the water fish situation, waiting for your report
