Today I am off, so I went to Kobe (my 1st time to try). In the lobby, the lady told me that I had to wait for room. Then another lady came out from the room and said there're only few rooms, and customers usually have to wait. I was told to wait for more than 1 hour. As I did not want to wait, I left.....

This experience makes me not to consider Kobe because I don't want to wait!

I think because you are not old customer, that is why they asked you to wait. They seem very cautious and only serve regular customers.

我都有你講的同感, 因為我在lobby時, 見到門口同counter入面 個女仔陰陰咀咁笑, 我頓時覺得不自然!
