I guess it is not the $ thing.  If it is purely $, no one will become a reporter.  Every reporter enjoys at least 50% increase of salary when he changes job.
TXB has been adopting the "young and fashion approach".  Once an anchor gets more "mature" and more expensive, she will eventually be sidelined..... and her airtime will be shared by the younger and cheaper anchors..... it is a factory set up.  
Relative to TXB, CXble is more generous.... look at all the 40 years old anchors they have.... I think they can work through until they reach 60s.

I trust you.... I reckon that she is a true professional anchor and REPORTER unlike the greener TxB anchors who have no idea what news are... they merely hide in TKO and read what are shown on the "Q" and have no thoughts on what they read (they are not reporting afterall)...... we will miss her.

Don't need to argue... time will tell... it is all public in TVB!  You will see less and less of her in the weeks to come

Tvb news d 廣告 好到不得了有錢都冇期 根本唔駛改進

其實無記係唔係甘差???我就覺得幾好......話你知有線同現在在一些prime 時段的收視係零至兩點,加起同無記比係一九二八之比根本無得比.不如諗下花哥今年出幾多bonus嗱

收視係最客觀的metric, 唔通香港人鐘意睇讀者文摘(no longer there)多過一週刊?? D人只係識話人是是旦旦, 又有幾多人知新聞台點運作呀?
現在財經台的人手係無記兩三倍,我就覺得一D都唔差
