honestly speaking, it is difficult to get a compromise of standard rate of tips, it is really subject to the
personal perception of the dup skill of the bg,  however, myview is that $100 per hour is
reasonable as i know the bg will only get the split of $40 per hour, but we have to pay the clock
charges of $500 for 2 hours, that is, the company will earn almost $400 from the bg, of course the
company have to suffer the relevant cost for keeping the house but it seems the company is too
greedy !!

may be the management could consider to give incentive to the bg by increasing the split in order
to stimulate the morale and hence attract more customers back !

that's why the BG would normally ask the customer to give her tips, in fact, most of them
feel embarrassing for asking tips but in order to protect themselves they have to sound out
for tips.  

i strongly believe that the BG works in RSS (a vegi place) don't want to do the hj as they only
wants to get a reasonable charge for their dup skills from the job.  the management of RSS
should consider to reduce their lion share of the charge and evaluate/review the impact after
a short period of time.

i also understand that the RSS management would deduct 10% as their charges from the tips we
gave to the BG as a sort of admin fee etc.  
in my opinion, the BG should receive the total amount (without any deduction) of the tips from her
customer as a motivator of the services provided.
