I agree. But it is difficult not to wear the slippers unless we bring our own.!! You are right though it may be wise to keep the shoes, just in case if somethiing happens, at least we're better off with a pair of shoes than bare feet!

OIC. 120 min is the same as 30 min + 90 min.. As long as it is a quality exercise, 1 time 2 times would not matter much.

depending on where you live in HK. if you stay in Tuen Mun, then it is likely.  

Besides, i heard that there are few buses from 世界之娼 to CA unless you want to take a taxi!!  

I had tried going to CA from sz airport, it is quite near, about 20 min for a taxi ride of about 60 RMB.
