very good report and detailed one.  SOmetimes, the feelling of doing it in an open area secretively was very exciting... I tried once in Shanghai, a normal sauna (may be I am naive) with Thai style, which meant that there was no room.  Each of hte massage bed was separated by hanging sheets (a typical thai spa).  I was offered hj at extra 200 (too expensive but I was hard on after the 1st hour of service) and accepted it.
