The girls are also under heavy pressure. Myself and my friends knew a no. of girls from this place and they told us the same story that they have to go back for "training", more like a brain wash, 330pm 3 (or more, I forget) a week.  I recalled that for other places, only 1 training per week.  

The girl's quality also flutuated. I went there 3 times, 1st time very good, 2nd time so-so, 3rd time ok and we only see 20% of repeated girls (3 visits over 4 months, not very frequent though).
