is this your last week schedule or forthcoming week? How come always SP?   You should free yourself up to recruit new blood.  haha...I do not have high faith of 100% recovery this week but I would monitor..

and many of them are encouraged by "friends"/relatives" since they want to take a share of the $$...  Seldom of them could really make a profit. My Ex-LB maintains break-even after 1 year of operation is a rare case....
