That's why I am turned off when I see this post, it is like she is 哦廖 and being too professional look.  

跪 is the post when the girls have her knees touching the bed/mattress.  I like this post more and if the girls know how to move slowly, up and down, forward and backwards (since her knees and lower legs are on bed, they could control the motion).
