This is 1 of the many reasons that I am doing a lot more exercise. In order to keep up the fit body to play with Da Hoi and Ching Glucerna.

I always wonder how Hai gor could play do that practice repeatedly, day by day. I could fall down after 1 night and I even do not attempt to wake up 6am in the morning to rush back to HK. It is too energy consuming and the morning q could not be done properly (and sometimes have to skip it).

oh, seems that Hai gor has got another candidate for SSP..

Sad that I could not join tmw' night EA function..Many meetings lined up in the next 2 days..  Could not escape from work and I am not that physically strong to wake up at 6am in the morning and could still come to work with energy..  I tried once and felt asleep starting from 11am..
