Agree...200%. in fact, this shoud be the practice even though there is no storm. Unfortunately, some bosses/places advertise heavily and being reported by the media, some organizers make it as high profile (photos+exagerrated reports) as possible to attract people to join and some players publish the full name of the place..

but it is hard to avoid unless you are as bold as Singapore govt. to have the Geylang area and legalize it..   It will NEVER happen in our fatherland, not in HK...

you culd still watch it at TVB.com...A stupid 'citizens" was interviewed and said it was easy to buy drugs at discos in CP..It should be Tue... the 3rd or 4th of the 630pm news..
