Agree.. zmt is not safe in both the being spotted worry and the safety worry. There are occasional robberies but may not be as bad as CP.   2 of my uncles/aunties moved to ZMT. Good thing is that they are pretty old and even if they say the y see me, i could claim "你眼花啦"
