because the girls are getting clever and the customers are too lenient to them..  We had these experiences as well in a couple of occasions, girls started to "get sick" or (someone relatives) around 10pm..    Just ask her to stay  till the end instead of releasing her is the best penalty..  My mood will not be affected and I feel better as we work so hard to get our $$ and these girls try to play tricks and work for 2 hours (instead of 4-5 hrs) for $200.

i do not agree wor. it is the SOP and even when she has no mood, if the boss wants to, she has to comply.. . Of coures, it may not be fun but it is customer rights ma. .of course, if you feel pity of the girl or you are not in the mood, then it is another story.
