no place is 100% safe, but relatively speaking, CP should be safer than SZ.
All saunas in CP cost about ¥400-600 for full service.  There are so many saunas in CP.  I don't want to recommend which one because the quality changes from time to time.  There is always no guarantee and it sometimes depends on your taste and preference.

好羡慕，可以weekday上去公幹順便私幹。小弟就無咁幸福，份工無得返大陸，長時間在香港捱，只可以等放假至可以返大陸一兩日。
