I think you have misunderstood what Dai Hoi said. He said those places used to be $200 tips has been increased to $400 in the befinning of this year and now, it has increased to $500.

There are some cheaper places which only need $200 for tips are much more fun that those big, expensive, business places.

I made this suggestion to Mr. Tao in OSXXr. He said he would start this practise in he KTV when it has its grand opening yesterday. See whether he can push this policy in CA.
