睇落有D似大陸D官為求出位,表現功績, 赤貪地區都起夢幻政府大樓....
too much freedom = indulgence.
too much restriction = 擾民.

其實佢地有冇諗過汽車產業/MOTORSPORTS 對每個地方既民生同經濟都好重要....

yeah, i drives in mainland too, there are radar speed traps on freeways &
city, but as long as you keep it under 110-120 on freeways , always free of trouble.

i just questioned is why it has to be : HK to be such anti -motorsport /drivers hostile place?

why make the whole atmosphere so tense & uncomfortable?

for events , just show a clear path to those organisers for applying properly, that will already do the job.

MAKE HK A MORE HUMANE PLACE TO LIVE>>>!!!

building a race course is actually NOT for a particular class for enjoyment, high/med/low etc...etc..

it should be viewed as an independent entertainment project , enchancement to the auto industry, as an tourist attraction & theme park like facility in order to add "colors" & attract visitors & investments to HK...
