when it rebound more than 1000, don't buy.  however, for every 1000 or more drop, buy some and keep it. i don't care the index drops to 8000 or 7000, if that day is really come, i think i will happy than fear. Good luck.

all technical measurments are post-indicator, they cannot not predict the market.
no need to say sorry to me, every individual has his own thinking.  like last year, many people afraid of not buying enough stock, so buy 2628 @over $50;
buy 939 @over $8; etc etc...
