I don't think so as spider has asked me to convey his message.  He said some managers already told him that some actions will be taken during that period in city A and P too!

I don't think Bush will ask such silly question unless he wants to raise a political dispute between two nations.  In early 70s, China was a mysterious country to western world, and hence, people may be curious to know something that they didn't know.  But now, the issue of prostitute in China is a well known fact to almost every person in the world.  How dare is Bush to ask such question now!!??

Agreed! Perhaps Clinton's question was more subtle by asking where he could sell his cigar to a nice lady in China!!
