It depends on what kind of massage parlours you talk about.

For those so-calledd oil massage type, if the manager tells you 700Baht or 800Baht for 2 hours message, then the sex cost is not included.  Usually 500B for HJ, 1000B for BJ and 1500Baht for sex.  But you can also clarify with the girl first before any action.

For those bath massage type, if the manger quote you 1600Baht or more for 2 hours, then the sex cost is included.  But of course, you are expected to tip the girl afterwards.  The tipping is around 200B to 500B depend on how satisfied you are.

Usually the bath massage type will have fish tank and the girls dress more sexy clothes.  So I think you will not make mistake.
