管理 - the worst I have ever met, especially the black faced female 總監, she is not qualified for the job at all. Many middle management left already after working for a few days.
服務 - some are very good, but some are very bad, in general acceptable
衛生 - very good
硬件:一般 - yes
軟件:OK all of the 女技師 are old pork chops, I asked a few captains whom I knew before to go to the 技師休息室 to find a young and not ugly one for me.  All of them said cannot find. Ching, are you kidding?
適合安靜休息 - yes because few customers
Drink : only one drink, the second one will charge you 15 yuan
Food - no free meals except at 12 mid-night

在走廊看見很多後生女技師 - Ching, I think you have met the 技師 for 大堂項目 or 美容師, Please advise me if you met any young and pretty massage 技師
