"RELAX" is famous in most of the tour guidebooks.. but definite not the best one in town...

I have been staying in HN once every 4~5 weeks for at least 5-10 days.... Khanh San Hanoi has been my place of entertainemnt as well as late suppler All the people like beer promotor ah-何 knows us very well...

I guess the point he want to stress is, as a non-Vietnamese, never go to local KTV alone. Big 5-star hotel is definite safe. KTV is just like casino, ie. kind of 'legal' for foreigners to certain extent....
