So true. The culinary business is a ruthless one. Long hours & hard to maintain quality in terms of client experience. It can only be as good as the weakest link.
Within the catering industry, all should have customer care as the principal focus..
This can be seen as 'the name of the game' in the trade as without customers and a good reputation for quality and service, you will never keep the business up and make money.
Long hours and stressful situations are rife in the industry and this is for sure, catering jobs are not for the fainthearted.
