I did notice that your guys are music friends thru the title of the post and between lines of the conversation.
I am a music idiot, that's why I haven't put my foot here so far.
By chance saw your thread of the movie "Here to stay" and my personal feeling of this movie isn't as bad as you thought.

The film director destructed that the first gust of wind in Spring blows each year from East as a loop invariant; Break is a form of ancient folk song and the performance skill of Break is the phonology with the increased or reduced feelings, likely the music improvisation.
To change, have to understand; to understand, need to put into it, then life & love will become more excited.

Well... keep enjoying chit chat no matter in here or elsewhere.
