Girls in English Newspaper tend to cater towards foreigners only. I suppose the quality probably is not that good because of fewer selections. But you would have a lot less problems to communicate with those girls if you dont speak Chinese. They are more likely to know how to speak some English and its safe. You can also try Sauna places but dont expect girls are going to good to your eyes. Goodies usually work for outcall agencies and the best way to contact them is thru internet. But you have to know how to read and speak Chinese to get passed the owners. Real goodies work for hotress club( or a.k.a. uniform club). Those places usually make a killing by charging you outrageous amt of money on alcohol. Some hotress girls won't even willing to be taken out by customers and you wont get a full service inside the club. To get full service from hotress girls, expect to pay at least $500 US dollars up to $1000 for a few hrs of fun. Be advice, don't parktake any actions with barbershop girls or hourly-hotel escorts. Those places get busted very often. Overall, Taiwan is not really a good place for happy humppin....
